1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration

To open an account on nagod77, the following conditions must be met. The registration process is simple and quick, but all information provided must be accurate.

• Verification must be completed using a valid and active mobile number
• Each individual may only open one account

Identity Verification (KYC)

Nagod77 may request identity documents at any time for verification purposes. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). Failure to provide the required documents may result in your withdrawal being put on hold.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name
• BKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers are accepted
• Deposits via credit card are not currently supported
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed
• General requests are processed within 30 minutes to 1 hour
• Nagod77 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions
• The required wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn

4 Bonus Policy

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first

• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended temporarily or closed permanently
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise

5 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nagod77. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform's systems
• Payment chargeback fraud

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Nagod77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a breach of terms and conditions is found
• If false information is provided during KYC verification
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent financial activity or fraud
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• If the member requests to close their own account

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. The account will only be closed after all pending valid withdrawals have been processed.
